Stone's Throw
Overview
Stone's Throw is a coffee-come-gift store situated in the small farming town of Walgett, located in the heart of rural NSW. 700km north-west of Sydney, 700km south-west of Brisbane, and officially located within Outback NSW.
The owners came to town in early 2014 and opened Stone's Throw in the middle of a drought that was 18months in and still going 6 years later! Despite this, the resilient community of Walgett welcomed them with open arms and never looked back. It is a truly unique and special community to have joined, and they thank each and everyone of their customers for supporting them over the last six years.
Their mission is to be able to continually give back to the community of Walgett by providing a high level of service and range of products that often cannot be found in smaller remote towns, and to do so in a vibrant and engaging space.
Accessibility
Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
