Birubi Point is the northernmost point of the 32 kilometres of Stockton Beach, a popular spot for surfers, and departure point for sand boarding and 4WD tours of the extensive sand dune system - the largest moving coastal sand mass in the southern hemisphere.
The Worimi Conservation Lands (Stockton Bight Sand Dunes) cover 4200 hectares - 1800 of which are forest as well as 32 kilometres of the longest moving sand dunes in the southern hemisphere.
