As part of the daily Town Tour, you will go on a guided underground tour (Walk-In Mine), enjoy morning/afternoon tea, see Amigo's Castle, old miners’ camps like Gemseekers Paradise, an opal cutting demonstration and explore the town and surrounding opal fields.
Full-Day Tours to Glengarry, Grawin, Sheepyard Opal fields and all bush pubs are available daily. Get an insight into the life of an opal miner and see how the locals live. It's a must for everyone wanting to experience something quite different, who loves fossicking and wants to learn more about the area including farming and wildlife.
