Husk Farm Distillery is Australia’s only single estate rum distillery and the home of Ink Gin.

As Australia's only 'farm-to-bottle' rum distillery, a distillery tour is a unique experience.

Tours run for 40 minutes and include a drink on arrival, 2 x gin tastings in the gallery room and 3 x rum tastings in the barrel house.

During the experience, guests will smell and touch the botanicals that go into making Ink Gin and see the magical colour changing properties of the butterfly pea flower.

Next, guests will follow the unique journey of Husk Rum from the cane paddock to the bottle, deepening their understanding of the agricultural process and during weekdays will likely see the production team in action, bottling or distilling our premium, award winning spirits.

20 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport and 40 minutes from Byron Bay, Husk Distillery is perfectly positioned for day trippers.

After the tours, guests can stay for lunch, cocktails or bar snacks and enjoy the views across the beautiful Tweed Valley towards Wollumbin Mt Warning.
