A rich and primally rewarding hands-on experience for the whole family, learning from local Darkinjung Elder about a diverse range of Aboriginal culture and traditions. Experience the art of an Elders Aboriginal storytelling, feel the vibrations touch your soul from the strength of didgeridoo and clapping stick playing, examine a wide range of traditional Aboriginal tools and artefacts and learn how they were first made and enjoy a wine tasting of award-winning wines under the lemon-scented gums. You will be shown and where seasonally possible and practical be able to taste Australian Native plants and you will be provided with a guided wine tasting with a discussion of how Australian native flora and other botanicals are used to make these unique award-winning wines.
