Hosting a maximum of 12 guests at any one time, the property’s true luxury lies in its exclusivity and personal service. As one of the only family-run, premium farm stays in NSW, the property provides guests with a unique rural experience and a glimpse into Australian farm life not often accessible to outsiders.
The Sky Suites offer premium accommodation in four king/twin ensuite rooms each with outdoor decks and lounges overlooking a 12-metre mineral shipping container pool with swim jet and sun lounges.
Callubri Station also features the Shearer’s Quarters, a magnificent dining space seating up to 120 guests for weddings, conferences and events rising from the historic shell of a wartime Officer’s Mess.
