Braymont Gardens
Overview
Home of the massive hedge/tree church nestled in the vineyard with magnificent views of Round Mountain, Jagungal and Blackjack this six-acre Open Garden with 100 Manchuria Pear driveway was born on 15 August 2013. The bare cow paddock has been transformed into an awesome garden with a large dam, island, bridges, ponds, bridal walk, grain silo bar, bbq fire area, hairy heaven cemetery, iris dam walkway and garden rooms, numerous seats to rest and enjoy. Colour abounds.
The Garden Cafe is available for morning and afternoon tea, espresso and light lunches with fabulous Tortes. At Braymont the visitor will also find the Miniature South African Meatmaster Sheep, Miniature Dunn Cattle, crested Indian Runner Ducks roam through the garden, Japanese quail enclosure and Ringneck Doves are bred to release in the church for ceremonies.
Open to the public first Sunday of every month from 10 am to 2 pm or as advised on the Facebook page for more opening dates and events but available for groups and function bookings anytime. Coach friendly. Dog-friendly on a leash.
